KB/Emails sent from other mail servers are not being received.
If you suspect that a mail sent from another ISP has not been delivered please contact us for assistance.
When contacting us please provide as much information as you can as this will allow us to resolve your queries with minimal delay.
Please provide us with the following :
Sender's email address
Date and time of message.
In most cases when an email is not delivered the sender will receive a notification about non delivery. In most other cases the sender's email server has been blacklisted due to abuse and in which case the email will be flagged as spam and moved into the SPAM FOLDER on our mail server.
To access your spam folder please browse through to http://mail.zadns.org and log on using your full email address and password.
Once logged in, click on the Junk Mail folder, find the message that has been flagged as spam, right click and select "Mark as Not Spam"
